Immigration and Citizenship Highlight Tables, 2006 Census

To view tables providing data on immigrant status and period of immigration, place of birth of the immigrant population by period of immigration, language spoken most often at home by immigrant status and broad age groups, and citizenship of population aged 18 and over by immigrant status and period of immigration and sex, select from the following geographic areas:

Note:

Data products that are identified as 20% sample data refer to information that was collected using the long census questionnaire. For the most part, these data were collected from 20% of the households; however they also include some areas, such as First Nations communities and remote areas, where long census form data were collected from 100% of the households.
