In 2011, Mascouche (Ville) had a population of 42,491, representing a percentage change of 25.8% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 106.64 square kilometres with a population density of 398.4 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 1,356,547.02 square kilometres with a population density of 5.8 persons per square kilometre.

Mascouche, V – Non-official languages
