2011 Census Program – Thematic maps
A thematic map shows the spatial distribution of one or more specific data themes for standard geographic areas. The map may be qualitative in nature (e.g., predominant mother tongue) or quantitative (e.g., percentage population change).
Language – Home languages

- Percentage of population who report speaking an Aboriginal language at home in 2011 by 2011 census division (CD), for Canada
- Percentage of population who report speaking an Aboriginal language at home in 2011 by 2011 census subdivision (CSD), for the territories
- Percentage of population who report speaking an Aboriginal language at home in 2011 by 2011 census subdivision (CSD), for selected on-reserve communities
- Percentage of population who report speaking an Inuit language at home in 2011 by 2011 census subdivision (CSD), for Inuit regions
- Percentage of population who report speaking another language at home by 2011 census tract (CT), for selected census metropolitan areas
