Form 2A
Census questionnaire used to enumerate all private dwellings.
Form 2C
Population questionnaire used to enumerate federal and provincial employees and their families working in embassies and National Defence bases abroad.
Form 3A
Census questionnaire used in private dwellings for usual residents who wish to be enumerated individually. It is also used in collective dwellings to enumerate usual residents and live-in staff members.
