  • In 2016, 80.9% of people aged 25 to 64 in Le Haut-Richelieu had a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, compared with 86.3% in Canada.
  • In Le Haut-Richelieu, 15.3% of people aged 25 to 64 had a bachelor’s degree or higher in 2016, while 19.7% had a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma as their highest level of education, and 24.5% had an apprenticeship or trades certificate or diploma as their highest.
  • In Le Haut-Richelieu, 9.8% of women aged 25 to 64 with a bachelor’s degree or higher studied STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), compared with 32.7% of men. On the other hand, 90.2% of these women studied BHASE (non-STEM) fields of study such as business, humanities, health, arts, social sciences, education, etc., compared with 67.3% of men.
