- In Tillsonburg, 12.7% of people aged 25 to 64 had a bachelor’s degree or higher in 2016, while 29.2% had a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma as their highest level of education, and 6.1% had an apprenticeship or trades certificate or diploma as their highest.
- In Tillsonburg, 9.2% of women aged 25 to 64 with a bachelor’s degree or higher studied STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), compared with 18.8% of men. On the other hand, 89.9% of these women studied BHASE (non-STEM) fields of study such as business, humanities, health, arts, social sciences, education, etc., compared with 81.3% of men.
