In Pointe-à-la-Croix, 54.6% of the total population aged 15 and over were either married (31.1%) or living with a common-law partner (23.5%).

The remaining 44.6% were not married and not living with a common-law partner, including those who were single (never-married), separated, divorced or widowed.
