In 2016, the population aged 25 to 64 in private households of Gillam was 680.
In 2016, 77.9% of people aged 25 to 64 in Gillam had a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, compared with 86.3% in Canada.
In Gillam, 13.2% of people aged 25 to 64 had a bachelor’s degree or higher in 2016, while 22.1% had a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma as their highest level of education, and 15.4% had an apprenticeship or trades certificate or diploma as their highest.
