• In 2016, the enumerated population of Cardston County (Municipal district) was 4,481, which represents a change of 7.5% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 11.6% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Cardston County (Municipal district) is 3,429.82 square kilometres and the population density was 1.3 people per square kilometre.
