• In 2016, the enumerated population of Red Deer County (Municipal district) was 19,541, which represents a change of 6.7% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 11.6% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Red Deer County (Municipal district) is 3,961.85 square kilometres and the population density was 4.9 people per square kilometre.
