Health Profile - What's new?
The Health Profile now includes selected health indicators for census metropolitan areas based on the 2009-2010 Canadian Community Health Survey, 2007-2009 Vital Statistics and 2006 Census.
Due to an error in the related CANSIM table 102-4311, Premature and potentially avoidable mortality, three year average, Canada, provinces, territories, health regions and peer groups, the following indicators have been updated:
- Premature mortality rate
- Potentially avoidable mortality
- Mortality from preventable causes
- Mortality from treatable causes
