Description

This chart shows the proportion of one-person households in Canada and selected countries. Norway presented the highest proportion of one-person households with 38.5%, followed by Germany with 37.5%, than Belgium (33.0%), France (32.6%), United Kingdom (29.0%), Japan (27.5%), United States (27.1%), Canada (26.8%), New Zealand (22.6%), Ireland (22.4%), Australia (20.7%), Spain (20.3%) and South Africa (18.5%).
