• In 2016, the enumerated population of Midland census agglomeration (CA) was 35,859, which represents a change of 1.2% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 4.6% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Midland is 199.99 square kilometres and the population density was 179.3 people per square kilometre.
• In 2016, there were 15,180 private dwellings occupied in Midland, which represent a change of 3.2% from 2011.
