• In 2016, the enumerated population of Sanikiluaq (Hamlet) was 882, which represents a change of 8.6% from 2011. This compares to the territorial average of 12.7% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Sanikiluaq (Hamlet) is 114.94 square kilometres and the population density was 7.7 people per square kilometre.
• In 2016, there were 218 private dwellings occupied in Sanikiluaq (Hamlet), which represent a change of 11.2% from 2011.
