• In 2016, the enumerated population of Rocky View County (Municipal district) was 39,407, which represents a change of 10.2% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 11.6% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Rocky View County (Municipal district) is 3,836.33 square kilometres and the population density was 10.3 people per square kilometre.
• In 2016, there were 13,042 private dwellings occupied in Rocky View County (Municipal district), which represent a change of 10.1% from 2011.
