Rates have been calculated for each member of a variable (stubset) based on the total line for that variable. In addition, all averages, medians and percentages in the counts view have also been included in the rates view. There are some variables where percentages were not calculated for conceptual reasons. Due to random rounding, percentages within a variable might not add to 100%, particularly for geographic areas with a smaller population.
