2016 Census topic: Population and dwelling counts

The 2016 Census of Population Program offers a wide range of analysis, data, reference and geographical information according to topics (subjects) that paint a portrait of Canada and its population. The population and dwelling counts are the first major release of data from the 2016 Census of Population. Data are presented for the population, total private dwellings and dwellings occupied by usual residents.
