21. Percentage of occupied private dwellings requiring major repair

Refers to whether, in the judgement of the respondent, the dwelling requires any major repairs. Major repairs refer to the repair of defective plumbing or electrical wiring, structural repairs to walls, floors or ceilings, etc.
