In 2011, the population of Corner Brook census agglomeration (CA) was 27,202, representing a percentage change of 0.0% from 2006. This compares to the national growth of 5.9% and to the average growth among all CAs of 4.2%.

In Corner Brook, the land area is 267.17 square kilometres with a population density of 101.8 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the national land area of 8,965,121.42 square kilometres with a population density of 3.7 persons per square kilometre.
