In 2011, Saint-Eustache (Ville) had a population of 44,154, representing a percentage change of 4.9% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 69.61 square kilometres with a population density of 634.3 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 1,356,547.02 square kilometres with a population density of 5.8 persons per square kilometre.
