In 2011, Lac Ste. Anne County (Municipal district) had a population of 10,260, representing a percentage change of 3.8% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 2,845.61 square kilometres with a population density of 3.6 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 640,081.87 square kilometres with a population density of 5.7 persons per square kilometre.

In 2011, the number of census families³ in Lac Ste. Anne County was 3,170, which represents a change of 4.8% from 2006. This compares to a growth rate for Canada of 5.5% over the same period.
