In Francis No. 127, 5.1% of people aged 25 to 64 had a bachelor’s degree or higher in 2016, while 19.2% had a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma as their highest level of education, and 23.1% had an apprenticeship or trades certificate or diploma as their highest.
