In 2016, the population aged 25 to 64 in private households of Big River was 390.
In 2016, 75.6% of people aged 25 to 64 in Big River had a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, compared with 86.3% in Canada.
In Big River, 9.0% of people aged 25 to 64 had a bachelor’s degree or higher in 2016, while 17.9% had a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma as their highest level of education, and 14.1% had an apprenticeship or trades certificate or diploma as their highest.
