• In 2016, the enumerated population of Mackenzie County (Specialized municipality) was 11,171, which represents a change of 2.2% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 11.6% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Mackenzie County (Specialized municipality) is 80,458.19 square kilometres and the population density was 0.1 people per square kilometre.
• In 2016, there were 3,088 private dwellings occupied in Mackenzie County (Specialized municipality), which represent a change of 6.5% from 2011.
