'Shelter-cost-to-income ratio' refers to the proportion of average total income of household which is spent on shelter costs.

Values

  1. Total - Shelter-cost-to-income ratio
  2. Spending less than 30% of income on shelter costs
  3. Spending 30% or more of income on shelter costs
  4. 30% to less than 100%
