In 2011, Redcliff (Town) had a population of 5,588, representing a percentage change of 9.2% from 2006. This compares to the national average growth of 5.9%.

Land area is 16.20 square kilometres with a population density of 344.9 persons per square kilometre. This compares to the provincial land area of 640,081.87 square kilometres with a population density of 5.7 persons per square kilometre.
