  • In 2016, 85.1% of people aged 25 to 64 in Trois-Rivières had a high school diploma or equivalency certificate, compared with 86.3% in Canada.
  • In Trois-Rivières, 21.8% of people aged 25 to 64 had a bachelor’s degree or higher in 2016, while 21.7% had a college, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma as their highest level of education, and 23.1% had an apprenticeship or trades certificate or diploma as their highest.
  • In Trois-Rivières, 9.9% of women aged 25 to 64 with a bachelor’s degree or higher studied STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics), compared with 30.2% of men. On the other hand, 90.1% of these women studied BHASE (non-STEM) fields of study such as business, humanities, health, arts, social sciences, education, etc., compared with 69.8% of men.
