Population, 2016 and 2011 censuses

• In 2016, the enumerated population of Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier (Ville) was 7,706, which represents a change of 21.9% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 3.3% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Sainte-Catherine-de-la-Jacques-Cartier (Ville) is 121.06 square kilometres and the population density was 63.7 people per square kilometre.
