• In 2016, the enumerated population of Lévis (Ville) was 143,414, which represents a change of 3.3% from 2011. This compares to the provincial average of 3.3% and the national average of 5.0%.
• The land area of Lévis (Ville) is 449.05 square kilometres and the population density was 319.4 people per square kilometre.
